a few days off

Pilchuck ended on Friday and I have been up on the farm hanging out with my mother -in-law.
The session went well and I feel like I got a lot done and learned hoards of new information.
Here are some pictures from the last week or so of the class.
Before class began-

Here are my cast glass carrots right out of the molds .

the installation of the carrots..

we hung all the cast clothes on a line for our final walk through to see all the work on campus.

Tomorrow I head to Corning, New York for the Glass Art Society "GAS" Conference and a class at the Corning Glass Museum on Monday!

I will be studying engraving again with Jiri Harcuba

Off to the east....
